JustSnapIt is an AI-powered social media content generation tool. You upload product photos, and the Service generates captions, hashtags, and optionally publishes posts to connected social media accounts (Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, and others).
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use this Service. By using JustSnapIt, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
JustSnapIt offers the following plans:
Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you have an issue.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain ownership of any photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant JustSnapIt a limited, non-exclusive license to process and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not sell or share your content with third parties, except as required to operate the Service (e.g., sending to Anthropic's API for generation, or to social networks for publishing).
Captions and hashtags are generated by AI (Anthropic Claude). We do not guarantee accuracy, quality, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before publishing.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JustSnapIt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
